She graduated with an MBBS from Bombay University in 1991, followed by an MD from Goa University and a DNB (Skin and VD) from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, both of which she obtained in 1994.
Dr. Anupama Kudchadkar was posted as a Junior Resident (1991-93 and Senior Resident (1994-97) at Goa Medical College, during and after her MD course, before she went into private practice. She has attended various national and international conferences and workshops, at times participating with poster presentations. She has two articles published in national journals and has regularly contributed articles and health columns to Goan newspapers and magazines.
Dr. Kudchadkar has delivered educational talks on health to students at several colleges in Goa and also conducted lectures on skin cleanliness for street children through programmes conducted by NGOs. In addition, she has written four books (two in Konkani, and one each in English and Marathi) on skin care, moral values and various aspects of healthy living for the public.
